1. Job Description:
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong networks with top-tier KOLs/KOCs, artist management agencies, influencer platforms, and leading booking agencies.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the personalities, working styles, and pricing structures of high-profile KOLs/KOCs to recommend tailored, cost-effective collaboration strategies.
- Proven ability to build long-term, strategic relationships that go beyond one-off bookings, fostering brand loyalty and repeat collaborations.
Planning & Critical Thinking
- Develop and lead strategic influencer plans aligned with brand and communication objectives
- Lead full cycle influencer campaign management: sourcing, briefing, negotiating, and aligning deliverables.
- Generate actionable insights and propose innovative partnership models (e.g., brand ambassadors, long-term collaborations, performance-based affiliate KOC programs).
- Experience in building team structure: recruiting, defining roles, and establishing scalable workflows to support business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve influencer strategy and optimize budget allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and on-brand execution.
- Contribute to and deliver annual business goals and objectives
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and manage Supervisor, Senior, and Executive levels within the team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering individual growth paths.
- Define team structure, recruitment strategy, and internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Build a collaborative team culture that reflects the company’s core values and fosters innovation.
- Resolve internal and cross-functional challenges to ensure smooth, on-time execution..
2. Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and industry.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Solid network with KOLs/KOCs and/or talent management agencies.
- Be a Problem Solver with positive “I CAN DO” attitude.
- Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Experience in bringing team together and strong management skills. Knowledge of agency working process and culture.
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Strong logical thinking and critical analysis skills.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to observe, analyze and accurately assess situations.
- English requirement: Working Proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.0)
