Role Overview
As an Account Intern, you will support the Account team in coordinating e-commerce and social commerce campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for influencer and digital marketing projects.
1. Job Description:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time
- Assist in working with external partners (KOLs, operations team, suppliers, production houses, etc.) for campaign execution
- Track campaign progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to Line Manager when needed
- Support checking, consolidating, and summarizing weekly/final campaign reports from partners
- Assist in arranging internal meetings, preparing documents, and handling basic paperwork
- Support other ad-hoc tasks related to account management and campaign operations
2. Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields
- Strong interest in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or Influencer Marketing
- Positive “can-do” attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic to good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools
- Able to work full-time for 3–6 months
- English: Able to read, write, and communicate at a working level
(Good-to-have: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
