1. Job Description:

• Develop and execute content strategies for artists‘ social media channels.
• Plan, produce, and manage content to build and enhance the artist’s personal brand.
• Collaborate with PR, media, and account teams to shape brand identity and drive commercial growth.
• Ideate, create, and expand community engagement channels.
• Effectively manage and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and optimize content strategies for better performance.

2. Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Expertise in social media platforms, personal branding, PR, and marketing.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and digital content trends.
• Ability to work with PR, media, and account teams to enhance brand identity.
• Skilled in developing and executing multi-platform content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
