We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Mid Level) to join our Design Team, supporting the creation of visual assets for Social and Digital platforms.
This role is suitable for someone with a good eye for design and an interest in visual storytelling, who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.
You will be responsible for executing design tasks, supporting content production, and working closely with team members to deliver engaging visuals across multiple platforms.
1. Job Description:
Creative Concept & Visual Direction
- Contribute to the development of creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
- Translate briefs into visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
Design & Motion Content Production
- Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads, and other marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Social, Planning, and Performance teams to enhance visual effectiveness.
Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated with design trends, social content formats, and platform updates.
- Explore different styles and approaches to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Reporting & Communication
- Report directly to the Design Lead.
- Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and support content and creative planning.
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in creative agencies, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience designing for social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and e-commerce environments.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image creation is a plus.
- Good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within the team.
