Social Elite is seeking a highly creative, strategic and organized Creative Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative social marketing and influencer campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The Creative Planning Manager will be responsible for driving creative excellence, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
1. Job Description:
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative and impactful social marketing and influencer campaign strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct thorough research on client industries, target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging social media and influencer trends to inform creative direction.
- Brainstorm and facilitate creative ideation sessions with internal teams Translate strategic insights and data into compelling creative concepts and tactical plans.
- Identify opportunities for innovative influencer activations, including content formats, storytelling approaches, and platform utilization.
- Oversee the development of engaging and platform-appropriate content calendars and narratives across various social media channels.
- Ensure creative concepts are adaptable and scalable across different content formats
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
