1. Job Description: 

• Manage and grow the commercial activities of Creators/KOLs/Influencers
• Proactively source, connect, and work directly with brands/agencies to secure booking deals
• Consult and propose monetization strategies aligned with each Creator’s positioning
• Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, and ensure timely payment follow-ups
• Collaborate with Content/Production teams to execute campaigns on time and meet KPIs
• Ensure content quality meets brand requirements while maintaining the Creator’s authenticity
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and optimize results
• Develop and manage media kits, pricing strategies, and overall Creator positioning
• Maintain strong relationships with brands/agencies and identify upsell opportunities

2. Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Account Management, or Business Development
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam Creator/KOL landscape (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Hands-on experience working with brands/agencies and managing booking campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to read and analyze performance metrics

Nice to have:

• Existing network with brands/agencies
• Proven track record in closing deals or managing large-scale campaigns
• Strong content sense and understanding of audience insights
• Working proficiency in English
