JOB DESCRIPTION
Core Mission: To build and lead the Social First mindset across Social Elite’s entire ecosystem — from creative ideation to execution — ensuring every campaign is born from social culture, crafted for social platforms, and optimized for both impact and conversion.
This role connects Creative – Strategy – Content – Creator/Influencer – MCN – Studio into a single, seamless engine that drives brand love, cultural relevance, and business outcomes.
1.Job Description:
A. Strategy & Creative Ideation
- Develop social-first big ideas for brand campaigns across Social Elite.
- Craft communication strategies and creative strategies for pitches and client briefs.
- Design complete content architecture (Hero – Hub – Hygiene) tailored to TikTok, Facebook, Reels, and emerging platforms.
- Build social-native storytelling frameworks including hooks, formats, POVs, meme logic, remixable ideas, and participation-driven concepts.
B. Social Intelligence & Trend Leadership
- Lead social insights gathering and trend forecasting using real-time data, community behavior, and cultural signals.
- Create an internal Social Trend Radar to guide content and campaign decisions.
- Develop and react with tactical content/playbooks within 24–48 hours when relevant cultural trends appear.
C. Creative Production & Content Excellence
- Work closely with Studio teams to produce social-optimized videos (short-form, ads, UGC, creator content).
- Oversee creative quality across copywriting, social content creation, video editing, motion graphics, and production.
- Mentor and coach creative teams to elevate their understanding of social-native content and execution.
D. Influencer/Creator Integration
- Collaborate with MCN, KOL, KOC, and creator management teams to translate ideas into creator-friendly briefs and executions.
- Build scalable creator ecosystems to amplify campaigns across influencer tiers.
- Ensure consistent creative quality and brand messaging across creator outputs.
2.Job Requirements:
Professional Background:
- 5+ years of experience in digital, social, creative, content, or MCN environments.
- Proven track record in leading social-first campaigns in top creative/digital agencies or TikTok-first brands.
- Deep understanding of:
- TikTok ecosystem
- Facebook/Instagram Reels
- Short-form content production
- Influencer and KOC networks
- Social commerce dynamics
