The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner, shaping our people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns our people, culture, and talent initiatives with our overall business goals and future growth.
  • Nurture and strengthen our company culture, developing initiatives that boost employee engagement and improve retention to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee HR operations and compliance while actively promoting a diverse and equitable workplace.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our founders and CEO, providing expert guidance on people-related matters and helping to build a sustainable and scalable organization for the future.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in culture building, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • An empathetic leader with a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Working time and Location:

  • Monday- Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
  • Long Beach Building, No.1 Ba Thang Hai Street, Ward 11, Dist. 10, HCMC
