E-commerce and Affiliate Marketing are key growth drivers for brands. We are looking for a KOC Management Executive / Senior Executive with strong experience in managing Nano & Micro KOCs, operating affiliate campaigns, and building long-term KOC ecosystems within an MCN.

 1. Job Description

KOC & MCN Management (40%)

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with Nano & Micro KOCs across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee Youtube Shopping
• Understand KOC insights at different stages to retain and grow KOCs within the MCN.
• Allocate suitable KOCs for affiliate and UGC campaigns.
• Manage content quality: briefing, content guidelines, follow status air UGC, feedback, and approval.
• Ensure content compliance with platform policies and brand direction.

2. Ecommerce – Affiliate Marketing (40%)

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate mechanisms.
• Execute and manage Nano – Micro KOC Affiliate / UGC campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams to build attractive commission schemes and incentive packages.
• Track campaign performance (GMV, orders, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize continuously.
• Stay mindful of market trends to create sustainable collaboration packages for KOC retention.

3. Project Management & Reporting (20%)

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Proactively report risks, issues, and solutions to the Manager.
• Use Excel & PowerPoint for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

2. Job requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience working with Nano & Micro KOCs.
• Solid understanding of social platforms and affiliate ecommerce operations.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Market-sensitive, trend-aware, and able to build KOC retention strategies.

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience (Executive) / 3+ years (Senior Executive) in a similar role.
• Experience with affiliate enablers, MCNs, or ecommerce platforms.
• Data-driven mindset, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
