Ecommerce is a strategic priority for many brands, with increasing investments aimed at building a stronger online presence. Affiliate Marketing has become a crucial growth channel, helping brands expand their market share on ecommerce platforms. We are seeking proactive, driven individuals to connect KOLs with brands—facilitating long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth and brand success.
1. Job Description:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (30%)
- Understanding social media (Focus on Facebook, Tiktok, ING), news, video & KOL platforms.
- Coordinator project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet required quality standards.
- Proactive communication of project status, team operation, issues and risks to Manager in a timely manner to deliver excellent execution as committed to clients.
- Allocating and following up activities related to KOLs, ensuring all in-charged projects are fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning and executing.
KOLS MANAGEMENT (30%)
- Allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign.
- Support the content production of KOLs: provide information, samples, scripts guidelines, give feedback and confirm the content.
- Build & leverage relationships with KOLs and MCNs/ Agency to have better benefits.
- Proactively spotting potential KOLs, new trends by the company's criteria on platforms: Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other suitable platforms.
ECOMMERCE - AFFILIATE MARKETING (40%)
- Collaborate with other departments to negotiate commercial benefits for both KOLs & Brands.
- Execute affiliate video & livestream operation end-to-end: production, commercial preparations, driving & optimize sales daily/weekly.
- Measure the effectiveness of KOLs by each campaign and form reports outcomes & insights with other departments for future key learnings
2.Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
- At least 1 years experience at the same level in one or more of these above-mentioned areas
Preferred requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce affiliate business (platforms, enablers) and having celebrity resources is preferred
- Good data-driven mindset and great communication skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and engage with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
- Positive attitude, calm, responsibility, persistence.
- Willing to learn new market trends and be self-demand
