1. Job Description 

• Operate TikTok/Shopee livestreams onsite, ensuring smooth technical setup and 
  real-time support for KOLs, KOCs and Celebs.
• Assist with pre-live planning.
• Participate in brainstorm and execution part for livestream events, social content 
  and video shooting.
• Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and objectives are 
  met.
• Track and analyze livestream performance, summarize key results, and report 
  insights for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to 
  ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support the marketing & ecom team in daily administrative tasks. 

2. Job Requirements 

• Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment 
  with competing priorities.
• Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions (12+ hours per 
  session).
• Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
• A “can-do” attitude, eager to learn.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
• Interest in Influencer Marketing.
• Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in 
  a fast-paced environment.
• Result-driven & problem-solving approach.
• Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other 
  related programs.
