We are seeking a dynamic and creative executive to join our Brand Communications Team. 1. Job Description: 

• Communications Campaigns (40%):
• Plan and implement both short-term & long-term communications campaigns aligned with client objectives. 
• Create engaging communications strategies, oversee multimedia content development, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Assist project leader in managing budgets and resources for campaigns.
• Public Relations (30%): 
• Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers (KOLs/KOCs), and other stakeholders.
• Leverage relationships with partners to achieve campaign objectives with the most suitable budget and resources.
• Support crisis communications efforts with media monitoring and reactive messaging under the guidance of senior staff.
• Content Creation (15%): Draft or coordinate the production of high-quality communications materials, including press releases, social media posts, scripts, video content,...

• Administrative Support (15%): Assist campaign tracking, reporting metrics, and maintaining project paperwork process.

2. Job Requirements:

• Having a strong framework mindset, familiarity with communication models and campaign performance metrics is a plus.
• Experience in executing PR and Communication projects - clearly demonstrated in a portfolio with defined roles and project achievements - is a strong advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in communications roles; agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in both English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) and Vietnamese.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Sensitive to social media trends and news popular on Facebook, TikTok, Threads and other social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in multimedia tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,...) is a plus.
