1. Affiliate Management: Proactively acquire, nurture, and manage a portfolio of creators, influencers, and partners (KOL/KOCs)
2. Strategic Planning: Build and execute affiliate marketing strategies, including commission structures and campaign calendars.
3. Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (GMV, ROI, CVR, CTR), analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Client Collaboration: Work directly with the Account Team to understand brand requirements, budget, and provide insightful reports
5. Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand messaging.
6. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports and deliver actionable insights on campaign effectiveness to internal stakeholders and brand clients.
2. Job Requirements:
2-4 years in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or influencer management (preferably TikTok Shop).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Strong analytical ability, proficient in MS Excel, and experienced in negotiating partnership deals.
Deep understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and social media trends.
