1. Job Description: 
In-net Creator Business Management: 

• Engage in communication and mutual workstream to catch up on MCN creators' activities, insights, feedback, and requirements, providing attentive care and support

Influencer Management for MCN - Social Commerce Solution: 

• Act as the main point of contact for top creators and celebrities.
• Influencer Planning - Listing and Executing: Collaborate with both internal team and influencers to execute social-commerce and livestreaming projects on multiple platforms
• Fostering strong and positive relationships with top creator, influencers on behalf of Social Elite
• Work closely with the KOL & Communication Team to identify potential influencers across diverse niches and industries.
• Support the paperwork and administrative process involved in onboarding new influencers.

2. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in managing/ collaborating with celebrities, top creators, KOLs,..
• Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and engage with influencers.
• Understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
• Good at capturing high-quality pictures, knowledgeable in shooting engaging and creative TikTok videos is a plus
• Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
• Energetic and driven, with a positive attitude that motivates others and contributes to a dynamic team environment.
